Wedding Makeup Trial

I went to my local MAC Cosmetics store today for a Wedding Makeup trial. I am getting married September 8th in Mexico and decided to do my own makeup. I kind of knew what I wanted to do but I felt getting it professionally done would give me a few pointers. I actually really liked how it turned out, I went for a smokey eye and a light pink lip. It's pretty neutral for me since I tend to like super bright lipsticks in pink, red, coral, etc, but I guess for my wedding makeup neutral is the way to go.

She started off by moisturizing my skin with Strobe Cream. It was actually really nice, it goes on smoothly and leaves an iridescent glow on the skin. After that she used the Prep + Prime Skin Primer so the foundations lasts longer and helps the makeup look flawless.
Prep + Prime Skin Primer $29
She then asked which foundation I liked and I decided to go for the Pro Longwear Foundation in NC15. I like this foundation because it has a really good coverage plus it lasts forever! I wear it all day and never have to re-touch my foundation.
Pro Longwear Foundation color NC1 $30
After that she added concealer. I told her I have pretty intense under circles (which I'm sure she could see) and that a lot of times my concealer seemed to crease under my eye. She suggested the Mineralize Concealer because it conceals well but also moisturizes the skin so that should help with the creasing/cracking. She also told me to go with the color NW20 because the pink warmness it has will hide the under eye circles better since I use a yellow based foundation on my skin.
Mineralize Concealer NW20 $20
She continued with bronzer to give my skin a natural glow. She used Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in  Medium/Dark. It was pretty much used for contouring so she used it on the hollow of my cheeks, temples of my head and on the jaw bone.
Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Medium/Dark $29

I don't remember which blush she used on me but I'm going to use NARS The Multiple in Orgasm. It's a really pretty peachy/pink color with shimmer. I use it on the apples of my cheeks.

The Multiple $39
For eyes she used a Paint Pot in Painterly as a primer.
Paint Pot in Painterly $18.50
She then used Brule under the brow bone, Saddle in the socket bone, Mulch over the lid, and Phloof! in the inner corners of the eyes to make them look brighter.
Top L-R.. Brule and Phloof!
Bottom L-R... Mulch and Saddle $12 each
She then added Fluidline Liner in Blacktrack to the lashline.
Fluidline in Blacktrack $15

Of course Lashes were added to the look.. Gotta have them lashes Guuurrrlll!!! She used lash #7 on me, which are $16. Sorry I don't have a picture of them

Here are a couple pics of the eyes.

Last but not least the lips. I went for the lipstick in Angel and a Dazzleglass Lip Gloss in Bare Necessity. Combined they give a sparkly pink girly color.
Lipstick in Angel $15

Dazzleglass in Bare Necessity $19.50
And the final look... Let me know what you think =)
